Meet The Team
Patrick Soukup, the owner of Soukup Real Estate Services, is a third generation Fort Collins resident. Graduating from CSU in 2011 with a degree in Business Administration focusing on Accounting, he joined the family business managing properties for Old Town Square Properties. Having worked as a leasing agent throughout college and then taking over the maintenance department upon graduation, Patrick began to acquire his own personal investment properties. Between 2011 and 2016 Patrick moved from maintenance supervisor to on-site property manager. From 2016 to present, he manages Old Town Square in Fort Collins, Colorado, the heart of Fort Collins. In 2016 Patrick launched Soukup Real Estate Services to broker real estate transactions and continue to invest in real estate. Obtaining his Certified Property Management (CPM) designation in 2017 Patrick decided to dedicate himself to Soukup Real Estate January 1 of 2019.

Zachary Jordan, originally from Dallas, Texas, moved to Loveland, Colorado with his family when he was 5 years old and has called it home ever since. He attended Colorado State University and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Sciences. Zachary recently acquired his real estate license and is about to close on his first property! Living in Loveland for the past 26 years has allowed Zachary to become deeply connected with the community and build relationships with those around him. He hopes to use his real estate license to help his friends, family, and the community when looking to buy. Zachary also plans to use his license to begin investing in his own investments, so that he can expand his painting company; Empire Painting LLC, located in northern Colorado.

Connor Martin is a Colorado native and graduate of Colorado State University with a bachelor in environmental science and concentration in turf management. Connor spent 10 years prior working on golf courses in Montana, Kansas, and Colorado. During this time, he also worked on historic Down Town Fort Collins properties. Connor had the opportunity to learn from a mentor who has 40 years’ experience in the real estate market, further increasing Connors passion for Fort Collins real estate. In his last five years, residing in Loveland, Connor has spent time exploring the outdoor playground Northern Colorado has to offer; hiking and biking trails, camping, and the numerous OHV trails. Connor’s main goal in real estate is to help people find their dream home in one of the beautiful Colorado communities. His devotion to clients exceeds expectations and with due diligence, care, obedience, and loyalty he hopes to create meaningful relationships with clients that last a lifetime.
Izzy Ibrahim, property manager of Soukup Real Estate Services, has been a Fort Collins resident for over four years. She is originally from London, United Kingdom, and moved with her family to Seattle, Washington where she grew up. She recently graduated from Colorado State University where she is majoring in Equine Science and Business Administration with a concentration in ruminant and equine nutrition. Izzy was impressed by the professionalism of Soukup Real Estate and acquired her current position being a former tenant of the company. She has a strong sense of interpersonal relations as well as critical thinking skills that she implements to benefit Soukup Real Estate.
